The terms “Citruvio”, “we” and “us” mean Citruvio Communications Inc. You and Citruvio are each sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
As a user of the Services, it is Your responsibility to comply with all of Your local institutional privacy and security requirements, including privacy and data protection laws and regulations, as well as those of the country, province, state, and/or territory in which You and/or the parties whose Information is Processed via the Services and Citruvio and its directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns will not be liable in the event of a breach of privacy (either yours or any patient under your care), security, or confidentiality that occurs as a result of Your use of the Services.
As We are committed to protecting the security of Information Processed via the Services, We employ a number of security information technologies and procedures designed to help protect such information from unauthorized access, use, and/or disclosure. Our security information is available upon request under a non-disclosure agreement.
